POLICY

 We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

STORE CREDIT/ REFUNDS

If you change your mind, you can return your item for a Store Credit provided that the item(s) meets our Return Conditions.

Refunds are only given if an item is deemed to be faulty or damaged.

Please see our Return Conditions below. If the item does not meet our Return Conditions it will not be accepted upon return.

  • If the item fails to meet our Return Conditions, it will not be accepted

  • We do not provide refunds for change of mind or change of size returns

  • You have 14 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return

  • We offer the option to receive a Gift Card as Store Credit

  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Until the returned item(s) reach our facility, they remain your responsibility and property.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

In order for your item(s) to be accepted upon return it must meet the following criteria:

  • must be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with tags attached.

  • must be free of perfume, makeup, body odour, deodorant or washing powder.

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it

Please ensure your return is packaged adequately to ensure it is not damaged during return delivery to our facility. Alia Athleisure will not be held accountable for any missing or damaged returns in transit to our delivery address.

For all returns we will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the return has been approved or not.  Please allow 10 days for your return to be received and a store credit issued.

Store credit will then be issued to you in the form of a giftcard. This is emailed electronically to the email address from the order.
